Reviews
Great for those above a rank beginner stage. The songs are often ones you have heard of, so it's more interesting that playing random pieces that no one has heard before. There is a CD set that goes with this book, but I haven't been able to find it, yet. This book covers timing, sight reading, chords, arpeggios, etc. and includes some basic music theory. An overall good book for an adult student of the piano. While it can be used for self study, I'm taking a class at a local community college that uses this as one of the text books.
